1. Definitions

• These are the terms and conditions of DENTALTEC MARKETING CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as ‘DentalTec’, ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’).
• We reserve the right to add to, delete, or change these terms at any time. Any changes to our terms and conditions will be published on our website dentaltec-asia.com, and you should refer to the website from time to time for any such changes.

2. Acceptance

• Any instruction received by DentalTec from the customer (dental practitioner, clinic, or facility) for the supply of goods and services shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Upon acceptance by the customer, these terms and conditions are binding and can only be amended with the written consent of DentalTec.

3. Credit & Account Management

• DentalTec reserves the right to decline or refrain from accepting an order for goods and services from any customer.
• Credit is provided to the customer at the sole discretion of DentalTec and may be withdrawn at any time. DentalTec reserves the right to request full or partial payment in advance.

4. Payment Details on Invoice

• The price of goods and services provided shall be detailed in writing by DentalTec. Prices are subject to change without prior notification. A current price list can be obtained from DentalTec Customer Service.
• Taxes: Value Added Tax (VAT) is exclusive of 12% PH VAT and other applicable government taxes or duties shall be added to the price in accordance with Philippine tax laws.
• Payment Terms: Where credit has been granted by DentalTec, invoices are due for payment 30 days from the statement date. Any balances outstanding over 30 days may incur monthly interest penalty charges plus administrative costs. We reserve the right to halt production or hold deliveries for overdue accounts.
• Payment Methods: Payments may be made via Bank Transfer / Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), GCash, Maya, or Credit Card.

5. Service & Delivery

• All items dispatched from DentalTec are decontaminated prior to shipping.
• All physical impressions, models, and materials sent to DentalTec must be properly sanitized and decontaminated in accordance with Philippine Department of Health (DOH) and Philippine Dental Association (PDA) infection control guidelines prior to dispatch.
• Inbound Shipping: The customer is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of physical impressions/jobs to DentalTec. DentalTec takes no responsibility for items delayed, damaged, or lost in transit to our laboratory. The customer is responsible for all inbound logistics costs.
• Turnaround Times: Standard in-lab turnaround time ranges from 5 to 8 working days from the date the case and complete instructions are received at our facility. Cases involving complex cases, technical queries, missing information, or implant frameworks may require additional working days.
• Outbound Delivery: DentalTec is responsible for arranging completed work delivery to the customer’s registered clinic or business address. Deliveries will not be made to personal residential addresses unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
• Order Cancellations & Digital Scans:
  • Once manufacturing has commenced, order modification or cancellation requests will incur charges for labor and raw materials already utilized.
  • Intraoral digital scans transmitted to DentalTec are accepted as immediate production orders. Manufacturing begins shortly after scan intake, and changes requested after processing starts will incur applicable work-in-progress charges.

6. Guarantee & Remake Policy

DentalTec offers a limited warranty against material defects, fractures, or structural failures arising directly from the manufacturing process.

• Remakes will be manufactured strictly to the identical original specification and material. Material or design changes will be billed as a new job.
• The original defective restoration, model, and impression must be returned to DentalTec for technical evaluation to verify eligibility.
• DentalTec reserves the right to void warranties if damage is determined to result from improper clinical handling, post-prep structural adjustments, trauma, or improper occlusal design requested by the clinician.

7. Clinical & Medical Disclaimer

• DentalTec provides custom dental laboratory products strictly following the prescription forms, digital files, and specifications provided by the ordering licensed dentist.
• Technical discussions, advice, or suggestions provided by DentalTec staff via phone, messaging apps, or email are for consultative purposes only and do not constitute medical diagnosis or clinical treatment planning. Final clinical diagnosis, treatment planning, and structural prescriptions remain the sole legal responsibility of the licensed practitioner.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the proper courts of Makati City / Manila, Philippines.

9. Data Privacy Notice

• DentalTec collects and processes personal information (including clinician account details and patient health data contained on lab slips) strictly in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA) of the Philippines.
• Personal data and case records are used solely for order processing, quality assurance, invoicing, and logistics. DentalTec will not disclose patient information to unauthorized third parties without consent, except as required by law or necessary logistics/manufacturing partners.
